Char possesses 20 years of nursing experience, along with a specialty as a Veterinary Technician in anaesthesia and analgesia. Her passion for education is evident through her teaching roles at TAFE NSW in the classroom and at the University of Sydney, where she upskilled DVM2 and DVM4 students in a clinical environment. Additionally, she consistently provides clinical supervision and support to her dedicated colleagues across various workplaces.

- 2019: Certificate IV Training and Assessor 

- 2018: Diploma in Emergency and Critical Care 

- 2007: Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing
